Enhancement: Show clip number in Clip Editor

Since you need to know the clip number to assign a keyboard shortcut, it would be useful to see the number somewhere. As far as I can tell, the only place you can see the number at the moment is in sigil_clips_v6.ini

Is that right?

There is not a lot of room on a clip toolbutton. So counting in the clip toolbar might be the only way as the shortcuts are assigned in that order. Similarly you can use the clip editor to see the order as well.

I could maybe add the clip number as a tooltip for that button so that hovering over the button gives its position number in the toolbar. Of course that could change every time you move, add, or delete clips in the clips editor. I will think about that for a future release.

I was thinking maybe a column in the Clip Editor since you can see all the clips there.

Some of them are probably redundant, but I just checked and I have 184 clips.

There are only 60 clip toolbar buttons that can have shortcuts set.
