Home sorting by author / folders

Hi, I have Koreader installed on a Clara HD and a smartphone and am trying to harmonize the look. For some reason, on the Clara, the home folder is organized by author and on the smartphone by book title. How do I set this to author folders, so it lists the names of the authors, starting with the one whose book was last uploaded to the device? I looked everywhere and can't remember how I initially set this up on the Clara.

In File browser open top menu, first tab, Sort by: date modified.

When you open a book, it will jump to the top of the list, though.

Did you use Calibre to transfer the books?

Oh, maybe you're not talking about actual file system folders.
Did you have a user patch installed that allowed you to browse by authors, languages, titles, etc.?

Yes, I used Calibre on both the Android and the Clara HD. I remember there was a setting in KoReader that listed the books by author folder, but I can't find this anymore.

I don't think so. I believe it was a setting somewhere...

If you had actual folders by authors on the device, those were most likely created by Calibre during file transfer, and that can't be achieved via a KOReader view setting. Unless there is a misunderstanding, in which case I'd suggest you share a screenshot of the view you'd like to get.
