Hi, I need a full internal microSD image for Kobo Aura N236 (Edition 2). My unit is unresponsive and the internal µSD seems corrupted. I have a new card and can flash a raw image. Thanks!

Hi there, my Kobo Clara HD (2018, N249) has been stuck on restoring screen for more than a week: would it be possible to have its card image? My device was in perfect conditions and I cannot stand the idea of throwing it away. Thank you in advance!

No problem. I am rather worried that the issue might be the battery dying after a couple of years on the shelf. If you extract the µSD card from your Mini and mount it on your computer (if on Windows, do NOT format), do you see at least the FAT32 partition mounted and accessible.

I would like the firmware image for a Kobo Libra 2 N418
Hi,
My Kobo Libra 2 N418's screen went white, with the upper right light flashing.
Nothing standard works, so I managed to extract and backup the SD Card.
Please provide me with an image file so I can restore my device and see if it was a failed upgrade or if it is a hardware issue.

Looks like you're right. I was able to copy the image and boot up the device, but it only works while plugged into a power source. As soon as it's disconnected it becomes unresponsive. Seems like the battery is not capable of holding a charge.
