Thanks so much! I kept trying to find the limit in MapleRead, never occurred to me that I needed to adjust in Calibre.

Another question. I want to use the "book set" function. When I attempt to move books into a new set, I only get the option to copy, move is greyed out. If I copy a book to a book set does MapleRead actually duplicate the book into the set, or does it just create a pointer?

Are you copying from the Undefined set, or a custom created set? From "All Books" you can only "copy" to a secondary set. But from your custom created or the Ungrouped set, you should be able to copy or move.

Essentially your "All Books" is the primary list, from there Copy puts a reference in the new set but maintains the reference in the original set or All Books, Move removes the book from the original set to put it in the new set (unless All Books was the original.) A book can be in more than one set, because the set is basically just a collection of pointers.

Thanks, that's what I needed to know. I'm running out of disk space, so wanted to make sure I wasn't using more than was available.

The FAQ says to use "PC Upload View" - I don't have that in Exchange. I also don't have download from Dropbox. What am I missing?

It lets me connect to Dropbox and I can see the fonts, but can't figure out how to get the fonts into SE. Download just get as error.

Thanks, yes I have that, but it doesn't work. I put the address in, Firefox drops the last 4 digits and comes back with a not found. I'm on a Macbook. I'd like to download it from Dropbox.

Ok I can get to pc upload in Safari. However, it won't upload ttf files. It shouldn't be so complicated to add a user font!

Don’t use Dropbox, but it works fine on iPad and Firefox on windows pc, opens the web address you just need to leave the maple page open and windows takes me to font installer, have installed several dozen over a period. The problem may be the Mac, but Firefox should work the same I would have thought.

Are there any plans for additional sync services? KOReader would be nice.

It would be nice if the app could remember the tag filter settings when it restarts. (unless there's a setting for it that I didn't notice) I also wish there was a setting to show all tags per book, this use-case might be too specific though.

If you long tap the book and tap get info from the menu, you get all the data and tags.

Yeah I can also do that by tapping the book's cover, but I forgot to clarify, I'd like to see all tags of each book on the list view.

I completely agree with culytera here -- having to long-tap every book to see its tags defeats the purpose of having tagged your collection in the first place. Good library management hinges on being able to scan metadata at a glance.

In Calibre's desktop interface you can add any column (including tags) directly to the list view, and it makes organizing a large collection so much faster. It would be great if MapleRead could show at least the first 2-3 tags as small badges or a comma-separated line beneath the title in list view.

@ki5ck -- regarding KOReader sync, the tricky part is that KOReader stores its reading position and annotations in sidecar files (.sdr folders with Lua metadata). There's no standardized sync protocol between KOReader and iOS readers. The closest workaround I've seen is using a shared Calibre server where both KOReader and MapleRead pull from the same OPDS catalog, but reading progress sync between the two would require custom integration on MapleRead's side.
