Hi! I'd love very much to get a working image for my Kobo Aura 2, n236. It gets stuck on booting. I tried creating an image from the existing sd and flashing that to a new one, but that creating an image already failed.

hello. i have a less than 2 yr old kobo libra 2 model N418. i did not turn it on for a month or so and when I tried to, it was just an empty white display. I tried all the reset that are advised but nothing worked. now I opened it and took out the sd card. my laptop cannot even read the SD card, its saying it needs to be reformatted first.

please send me an img file for it. i want to repair this ebook reader as I have just started reading again. thank you!

I'll leave the link sending to DNSB but just so you are aware the SD card contains multiple partitions and is not compatible with being mounted by Windows (and I somehow doubt MacOS either). There is one particular partition that is formatted with FAT32 which is made available via USB to your computer, and that's it.

but in windows disk management it doesnt show partitions at all. just one 7.4GB RAW healthy partition. not sure if this is expected?
