hi,

I would like to request for the firmware image for a Kobo Libra2 model N418 with 32GB microSD card. The e-reader is dead, only white LED light blinking. I called kobo and tried resetting procedure to no avail.

I would like the firmware image for a Kobo N249 Clara HD.

Please tell me how to write the image on a new SD card, and if I need to make some setup first, after writing.

I would like the firmware image for both the:
Kobo N236 Aura Edition 2 V1
Kobo N236 Aura Edition 2 V2

I don't know if I have V1 or V2 but I'll try both.

Dear David, I want to thank you for your help!
The Kobo Libra 2 is working like new again.
For us, the rev_E image worked.

We formatted the new SD card to FAT32,
then used Win32DiskImager to write the .img file to the SD card.
Put it back into the Kobo and turned it on.
Reconnected to Wi-Fi and it automatically performed an update.
Everything is working again just like before.

We want to thank you once again — especially on behalf of my wife — for your great help!

It's always nice to hear that I was able to help someone save their Kobo ereader from the e-waste bin. I hope your wife enjoys many hours of reading with her revived Libra 2!
