Word look-up dictionary/translate/highlight is going outside the screen

Hello everyone,

I recently got a Kobo Clara Colour, and I’ve noticed an issue when searching for words. Sometimes, the pop-up window appears on top of the dictionary, which is a bit annoying - but I found that if I tap the small circles around the selected word (the ones used to adjust the selection), the pop-up usually moves behind the dictionary.

The main problem, however, is that occasionally when I select a word, part of the pop-up goes off the screen, making it impossible to tap certain options I need.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

It also happens to me some times, but I don't know why or how to correct it.

You need to find another place to host your images. We have a lot of people from the UK and without a VPN, they cannot see your images as ingur has stopped access from the UK.
