kindle paperwhite running into ext3-fs errors? bad flash memory or fixable?
noticed these filesystem errors when I was upgrading my syncthing version:
should i be concerned about this? is the flash memory degrading? I had it unmounted and ran a disk utility file system check on my mac and it didn't work. i know i can't run fsck when the device is mounted. Code:

ok with chatGPTs help I was able to unmount that problem partition and run e2fsk; had quite a few errors that seem resolved.
