How to import Kobo previews to Calibre?

As Kobo no longer allows refunds of downloaded books, want to check the previews for formatting issues before making purchase. Any way?

I am not sure how or where they're stored on the device though, is why I was asking.

Using Obok, you don't need to know where they are stored. In any case, they are stored in the .kobo/kepub directory along with other files synced from Kobo with the usual GIUD resembling filenames.

Obok DeDRM is erroring, sadly.

EDIT: I had an old version of the plugin.

Yeah, none of the DRM related plugins autoupdate so you have to keep an eye on them. Just like in the good old days...
