I try many solution from net but no solve problem (upgrade win10, repair Calibre)- can you help me for this ?

Sorry not a windows user. My standard windows advice is a clean re-install when you run into an issue that you cant solve.

Before reinstalling Windows 10, try running calibre in safe mode.

Thanks for the advice, but :
I tried to start caliber while in Windows safe mode and during Download metadata I get the same error message.
It seems to me that the other plugins work ok, including GR Author Notes.
It's really complicated for me to reinstall win10, so I'll do some more research.

When start again in normal I get this message :

The only time I see that error is when I launch calibre when calibre is already launched but not fully to the GUI. That is, I click on the calibre icon to launch it and the click on it again before the calibre GUI is displayed. I can either see nothing on the screen or the calibre initialization banner when I click again. I had a wireless mouse that was generating extra clicks that made this happen very often until I replaced it.

It is also possible that you still have some calibre bits and bobs that were not closed properly that will cause that issue. That is, you exit calibre but it takes a while for all calibre processes to finish shutting down.

It also seemed to me that it was due to a small delay - the library I work with most often has about 30K titles
