How to re-enable bookmark deletion confirmation in Calibre e-book viewer?

Whenever I deleted a bookmark in the Calibre e-book viewer, a confirmation window used to pop up. That window had an option to disable further confirmations, and I chose to disable it some time ago. Now I’d like to re-enable it, but I can’t find a way. I checked the reader preferences but didn’t see anything related to restoring the dialog.

Does anyone know how to turn the confirmation window back on?

Preferences (in calibre)->Behavior->Reset all disabled confirmations

Thanks for looking into it! I couldn’t get ONNX Runtime installed on my Ubuntu 24.04 machine to build Calibre from source. I’ll update Calibre as soon as the new version comes out.

You don't need to build calibre from source. Instead you "run from source". See Linux development environment where it says "You have two choices in setting up the development environment. You can install the calibre binary as normal and use that as a runtime environment to do your development. This approach is similar to that used in Windows and macOS." Do this first choice. It is easy.
