Below is an example of how easy it would be to hold a normal-sized ebook reader with one hand. Or even someone's throat.

I just saw a (new?) Tolino Shine IRL in a Thalia bookstore.
It's 6" Carta 1300, so it got my attention.
I didn't check out all the fonts, but I didn't like the ones that I saw.
The backside is dimpled but despite that very slippery.
There are no buttons and it was selling for 119 €
In one sense, running on 512 MB RAM is laudable.
In another....?
It has 16 GB for flash.
