I pushed that change from http to https for CSS W3C validation to master.

I built from master and tested the CSS validation on Windows and works with all 3 browsers. Just for consistency, I also changed the http to https at line 99 in CSSResource.cpp.

Yes, that one should be changed too. I will push that to master tomorrow.
