An autumnal day today. Currently, 9.15 am, it's raining. It should dry up in a little while, but it'll be a grey day today. From 5 pm until 8 pm there's a weather warning for thunderstorms and strong winds. But it isn't cold at 23℃ this afternoon.

On Sunday and Monday the summer returns for a little bit with temperatures between 25℃ and 30℃.

Cool temperatures, had a random downpour this afternoon. Worst was the skeeters that flew into the car. I now have 3 bites. They itch.

Currently the temperature has dropped to 26°C and the humidity has dropped from the 90+% from the last couple of days so a nice day to be out and about.

It was warm today, 27℃, sunny and breezy. At midnight it'll still be around 20℃ and it won't get much cooler than that during the night. From tomorrow it looks like fall is here, there's a possibility of rain every day and temperatures will drop to around 20℃, which is pretty average for this time of year.

The warm/hot weather arrived early this year, so I'm not too sad fall is coming. I'm ready for the spooky season.

We've had a bit of a hot streak with highs in the upper 80s (F), but that was broken yesterday by a cold front and some strong thunderstorms. Today, after some morning showers, was much calmer and a bit cooler. The high temperature was 73° with sunny skies and almost no breeze. The humidity fell steadily. By sunset it felt more like early October than early September. Today was my first flannel shirt day of the season.

Pixie cat has shifted from sleeping on the floor to the bed - and is a lap cat whilst I watch TV - sure signs of impending cold weather

Mostly sunny and 23°. Warm enough to sit comfortably on the patio while enjoying a beverage. This is leading to more disagreements with a neighbour's cat who seems to feel that our patio table is intended for them to nap on.

Yesterday was a fairly pleasant day. 23℃, dry and intermittently sunny. But early this morning it started to rain and it won't stop until at least the second half of the afternoon. Locally 15 to 30mm is predicted, in the east of the country it can top 70mm. It's now 14℃ and as long as it rains it'll stay that way, depending on what time the rain stops and whether the sun will appear it might get a little bit warmer tonight.

Tomorrow will be mostly dry. But today I'm going to curl up under a fuzzy blanket with a cup of tea and a good book.

A very windy day today. Though it isn't as rainy as predicted, it looks like there's a chance of the occasional shower instead of constant rain/drizzle. Currently it's 16℃ (9.30am) and it's set to rise a couple of degrees throughout the day. Autumn has definitely arrived.
