The Kobo Aura H2O is a N250. The N236 is a Kobo Aura Edition 2. The Kobo Aura for which the N250 Aura H20 is used is a N514.

Good evening. I've just got a Libra 2, which is stuck on a white screen. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I guess I could start with trying to change the µSD-card.

While I do not (yet?) fully comprehend how to do that, would someone be kind enough to share the image for that device? Says on the first page that "there are five versions of the image due to hardware changes". How do I know, which one I should be using?

Huh? I've sent you a PM with the links to the 5 N418 Libra 2 images that I have. Did you download one of them by clicking on the link? Did you extract the .img file from the .zip file? You have removed the µSD card from your N418 Libra 2 so you can write the image to it using any of the many tools that can be used. I prefer USB Duplicator Image Writer or balenaEtcher but other have reported success with Rufus, USB Image Tool or TotalImage.

I have a Kobo Aura Edition 2 V2 (N236, Mark 6, 2017) that is currently bricked. It is stuck on the three dots screen and is not recognized by my PC when connected via USB. I cannot access the device menu or the firmware.
