I would love to be able to connect my hearing aids to my Kobo to listen to my audiobooks instead of having to switch to my headphones via Bluetooth. It seems that most manufacturers ignore hearing aids when considering connectable Bluetooth devices.

To me, the OPs origanal message reads as if their hearing aids are Bluetooth compatible but their Kobo ereader does not see them as a connectable device.
