Yeah, that's what I do with my main library - the active library is local and the copy is in Dropbox, synced via FFS. One of my sub-libraries is directly in Dropbox, but as it's a subset of the main, there's nothing irretrievable there if something goes wrong.

If all goes well, it should be done uploading when I wake up tomorrow. Then I backup do my other smaller libraries.
