My Kobo Aura v2 is stuck in a restore loop. I would like to reflash it, it is an N236, the motherboard mentions 37NB-E60QL0+4NB. Thanks!

1st one is Aura N236
2nd is Clara HD N249
I hope to recover these with the image I kindly ask you to provide
