In the US I got used to drinking my instant coffee (don't hate me) with non-fat powdered milk.
I used to buy the big bag from Walmart for $15 or so.

Then you can find elsewhere tiny low-fat packages, but it's all dust and just floats on water.

Ahh, have fun with the blood thinner. I'm on one for life, since 2013 when I had clots from an out-patient procedure, and they discovered a genetic factor which means my body loves making blood clots! By 12 years later, my skin is 90-year-old thin (sorry, my 93 year old mother, yours isn't yet that thin, is it?) and I wear long sleeves everywhere to avoid more bruising. Other than that, it's not been a big deal.

Thank you. I have no idea how long this will take. But I have to do my exercises. I'm using a walker now. Going to try a stick tomorrow. It may be that I use both for now. I have a grabby stick. I also have exercises to do.

Mine is not for life. Eventually, I'll be able to stop. But my problem now is walking. I'm trying hard and it is hard. The exercises are not easy. The one thing I cannot do is give up. If I do, it's over and I lose.

My skin is good. I'm 61. I'm using a walker now. I'm going to try a stick later today to see how I get on.

Which one. I've been on blood thinners for nearly 25 years.

Started on Warfarin (rat poison) and weekly/fortnightly blood tests, that drove me mad because depending on test results I'd be told to adjust the dosage — which sometimes meant cutting small pills in half.

Now on Eliquis and no blood tests.

I use that on my bathroom sink. For the bathtub drain I was getting the super to come and clear it with an electric snake, but in 2020 he broke the pipe and I was without the use of the shower for a few days until they got a plumber to come. Since then I've been using Drano. I have tried using the plunger, but it doesn't bring anything up now. I'm taking my showers with the water not turned up much to prevent getting a deep pool of water.
