KindleModShelf.me — All-in-One Kindle Modding Resource
Hey everyone,
I’m very excited to share a resource with you that I have spent the past month perfecting.  KindleModShelf.me is an online resource hub with every major resource most users will ever use. Including KOReader, KindleFetch, KTerm (Terminal Emulator), Telegram Highlights, KOWeather, dtDisplay Clock, Tetris for KTerm, Gnome Chess & Mines, Nine Men’s Morris, KWordle, Universal Paperclips, Game Boy Emulators, SOX Media Player, KindleKraft, Fullscreen Web Browser, KAnki, Check OTA Status, Alpine Kindle Toolkit, kindle‑usbnetlite, Illusion Framework, ScreenControl, Telnet Server, and KPM – Kindle Package Manager. I have written a page for each of these mods, including what it is, how to install, how to use, common issues, and external links. In addition, I have compiled several FAQ sections on common issues with jailbreaking as well as writing several issues I ran into when jailbreaking my kindles. I have compiled over 1,000 screensavers from the Kindle Modding Discord, Reddit, and other websites. After opening it up for peer review for a few weeks, I believe I have fixed most of the major errors on my website, although I welcome feedback. So, I am releasing it here for you all. one small usability suggestion for your consideration, make the title with the app name also clickable to get to the detailed description page. |

Corrections I will be adding as soon as I have time:
The kindle telnet link is: https://github.com/Foskya/kindle-telnet The usbnetlite page refers to extracting an archive. The actual installations steps are: download the appropriate .bin for the fw version put it in mrpackages KUAL > Helper > Install MR Packages I am also working on making the kanki editor https://kindlemodshelf.me/editor use the correct dimensions for the preview. I am also working on several other minor changes like fixing typos and seo. |
