Thank you very much, Kevin, but if you see that it's going to take time, leave things as they are.

I had a few moments and fired up your Hyphenopoly (Ter).epub testcase is a recent Sigiil from master, and fired up the Bibi Reader plugin.
This is all on my Mac. Bibi reported no errors of any sort. No errors were printed to the screen and no errors appeared in the javascript console. So I can not tell if things are working or not. Please look at this screenshot and tell me if Hyphenopoly is properly working as I can find nothing else that indicates any failure. See the attached screenshot. I see plenty of hyphenated words and the full justification looks good to me. How could you tell previously it was not working in Bibi reader? Last edited by KevinH; 08-07-2025 at 09:05 PM. |

Thank you very much Kevin. Please, try with the attached epub (Hyphenopoly (Cuater)). I changed the loader in order that employs the character "•" to hyphen words and also all words will show where they can be hyphened. You should see something like:

Thank you! That makes testing much easier.
I have loaded the new test epub into a recent Sigil and now when running BibiReader plugin I get the following errors in the javascript console: blob:file:///0c410b9d-e6f6-4342-b85b-5f8f754f8b4e:181: Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Failed to fetch blob:file:///0c410b9d-e6f6-4342-b85b-5f8f754f8b4e:234: Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Failed to fetch blob:file:///0c410b9d-e6f6-4342-b85b-5f8f754f8b4e:228: Hyphenopoly_Loader.js timed out. So it appears that Bibireader has declared that book folder to be unaccessible as if it was a cross doman (cors issue). I am not sure if there will be an easy workaround. I will look again when I have more time. |

Do what you can, and if it takes too long, don't do anything. Anyway, thank you very much for your goodwill.
