Hi I've bricked my wife's Kobo Glo HD while updating to the latest firmware. Could my PM's please be activated so I can request (and receive) the image for this e-reader.

My name is Andrew from Switzerland, nice to meet you all. I borrowed a Tolino Vision 6 which suddenly rebooted and is stuck in a bootloop. Could you please enable the PM-feature for my account? I need access to this feature in order to receive the image for my device. Thanks a lot and I am glad I could find this nice forum
