You could always pick a random local candidate. Or the Monster Raving Loony Party

Ditto to both.

I refer the right honourable lady to the answer given by Bilbo1967 on being unable to tell the parties apart. Exactly which party is full of raving loonies? (With respect to the memory of Lord Sutch)

Well yeah - you can't vote for the Monster Raving Loony party - they think it's a good idea to spend 5 billion pounds on an Identity Card scheme that we don't need and nobody wants....ahh, hang on, that's Labour, isn't it, based on an idea originally mooted by the Conservatives. Seriously, Monster Raving Loony is mainstream now!

My USB hub and optical disc burner both decided to stop working this afternoon.

So now I have to crawl under my desk and fumble around with the USB ports on the back of the tower every time I want to put a new book or podcast on a device, and I can't make any new backup copies.

This would have to happen on the day that most of my podcasts come out, and NLS-BARD posts its latest books.

Argh!

Do you have a USB extension cable you could use to save having to keep going under your desk?

I called the USB hub some rude names, wiggled the cables, and now it's working fine.

The disc burner, alas, appears to be dead.

Don't want to seem mean but those squirrels appear ... stuffed?

Ever tried to catch a squirrel? Try to dress one up, it's hard enough with an ordinary pet...
