Images in the metadata description
Someone on r/calibre (sorry if I am talking about another forum on this forum and it's something not done), wanted to know

"Can I add images to the metadata description?" which I took to mean the comments column.

Now this is something I never thought of, and personally don't see a use for myself, but is this something that can be done?

If not in the comments, then in another column? Can it be added as a feature?

And that will put the image in the comments? It will only be seen on the server though?

It will be seen in Comments in Book Details panel. The image file(s) must be local, best place to keep them in in the book's data folder… the Insert Link tool has a button for that.

I don't use the calibre server, so I can't say if its visible in a browser.
