Is there any way to search all style & text files at once?
As the title says.
Most of the things I want to do unambiguously affect one or the other, not both. As a random example, I'd want to delete all occurrences of "text-align: justify", then search for "today is Friday". It just adds an extra unnecessary step to have to switch between the two types of files. If there isn't a way to do this, can I request the change to add it? |

There is a dropdown in the search dialog that lets you select Current file, All text files, All style files, Selected files, Open files or Marked text.
Am I misinterpreting your question? |

I think the OP wants be able to search in all files so they do not need to switch from all style files to all text files to ncx file or opf file.0.
I personally feel that since search for a specific item in the style files is different enough from searching for an inline style in a text file, it's not a good idea and is likely to give problems trying to validate a ePub. |

Yes, you are misinterpreting. You have to choose one of those. It is not possible to search All text and All style as part of one search. I want a combined category of style and text.

You can try a work around by selecting all the text and style files in the file browser and Selected files in the dropdown. See images for results. Again, I do not recommend doing this especially if you are using regex. As the images show, size is found 21 times in the text files, 42 times in the CSS files and 63 times in the combined text/CSS files.
