I have to admit I was thinking more along the lines of an audio tech simply checking his digital mixer on his wireless tablet; seeing which parabolic mic's input levels matched the yahoo's yelling, and just hitting "mute."

But I'm warming to the combat drone suggestion, too!

Do the people who make squeeze bottle condiments ever use them? You have to squeeze very hard to get the flow started and you get a big blast/blob (to much) to start and then you get a steady stream.

And mustard. These I can sort of understand.

But the trade off of a blast/blob versus no drips is unacceptable.

Knowing the viscosity of these condiments, why do most of these manufacturers still insist on bottles/containers that need to be inverted and vigorously shaken to get the sauce to the nozzle. Why not follow the minority of manufacturers that put the nozzle at the bottom so there is no shaking required... and no wastage.

Got a picture of such condiment bottles, which have the nozzle on the bottom? I'm having a hard time envisioning how you set the bottle down. And I'm not sure I've seen such a bottle. Unless you mean the same-old-bottle where they put the label upside down, to encourage you to store it point side down.

Ugh, I suddenly remember that Heinz sold purple and green ketchup for a while in the 2000s.

That's easy to stop. Just make sure you shake the ketchup bottle before you pour.

Heinz ketchup has the opening at the bottom.

The bottles where they use a large cap to allow balancing the bottle upside down? Generally the label is also upside down.

Sure...
I try to find these types of bottles for other items also (Shampoo, conditioner, condiments, etc). Sometimes we re-purpose an empty bottle and refill it with another item, just for the convenience.

No shaking of the bottle to get the last scraps, and the contents naturally settle to the bottom so very little wastage.

I "burnish" the tube with the handle of a toothbrush.
It gets about all there is to get.
