Kindle Paperwhite 1st Gen Registration Problem and Jailbreak
Hello all,
I have a Kindle Paperwhite 1st Gen 2012 model, 5.6.1.1 fw version. Then accidently I reset my kindle and I couldn't register now again. I have a two question. 1. How can I re-register again? 2. How can I install KoReader on my device? I couldn't download files from forum. |

1. Why you can't register again? (Maybe remove it from you account in amazon and try again?)
2. You can get KoReader from its github. |

@Avatrm You probably have 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) enabled on you Amazon account? If that's the case when trying to login on PW1 you will need to use as password value a combination of your actual Amazon account password + OTP code appended/added at the end of your password.
So if your password is something like "fancypants55" and you get the OTP code "768 560" you need to type in "fancypants55768560" into the password input field in login form on your Kindle. |

Hello all,
I restart my kindle when I want to reset wrongly after that ı couldn't register again. I checked the 2FA but It is not open. I already checked but if you want I can try this with open 2fa |
