Cheapest usbc option that runs KOReader +6", is the GL4+ right for me?

So my old kindle voyage died and I'm in the market for a new ereader.

I looked at this table https://comparisontabl.es/e-readers/ and it seems my budget oriented pickings are limited. Things to note:
It seems like a Glowlight 4 plus is the way to go but is there any I might be overlooking? |

For me, I'd limit my choices to Eink Carta 1300.

I'll admit that the contrast improvement over 1200 is not earth-shaking, but it grows on you. I will be the first to buy a (hypothetical) 1400 if it has 2% better contrast than the 1300. So, limited to Carta 1300, under $200 and bigger than 6" leaves you only Kindle PW6 (2 versions). I'd rather go for Onyx Boox Go6 (which is my current reader) or the Kobo Clara BW if you don't need/want Android. With those you only have 6". |

Not sure if KOReader is easily installable on Nook at the moment. At last check-in, they had changed the root password or something, so it was no longer easy/possible to root the Nook and install other Android packages.

Hi, if you may try, on ebay.com there are some devices that might fit (imho).

There is a Kobo Sage, 8" at US $170.00; a Libra 7" at US $209.99 from a seller that has 66085 products sold and 98% of positive feedback... (I personally would suggest this kind of sellers, rather than one that has only 36 products sold).. |
