Server sharing issue

Hi everybody. I'm new to this forum, although I've been using Calibre for years. I'm having an issue with server sharing, but it's quite random... I hope somebody could suggest me a solution.
My laptop is a MacBook Air early 2015 with Intel i7, running Mac OS 12.7.6 Monterey: that means that I'm stuck with Calibre 6.29.0 because new versions are not compatible with it.
I've been using for a long time the content server to transfer MOBI iBooks to my iPad Air with Kindle app, but recently I got this issue: the connection with Safari starts as usual, username and password are accepted and I can login, I go to my Calibre library and select an iBook but when I click on the Download button all I can see is an empty page with these words: "The user X is not allowed to access the library d". I have tried to click on the Read button as well, and I got a message like: "it's not possible to download the book" (see picture attached).
Last night it happened again, and I couldn't download any iBook to my iPad. A few minutes ago I tried once more and I got the same error... I clicked on the Read button, then on the "Book details" button and... surprise surprise, everything started to work again! Pretty weird, isn't it?
Now the connection seems to work, but I'm worried it won't last for long. If anybody could help... Many thanks in advance.

It might help if your image was in English. Thanks.

The 403 error indicates either a permission or authentication error. If you restart your Mac, does the problem go away for a while?

Jon: While the image may have been in Italian, the important bits are pretty easy to read. 403 Forbidden.
