I was following this guide but didn't to run the hotfix (step 5) and went further in the guide before running into issues installing KoReader. Is *** SQUASH JB *** expected to show up on every boot and when attempting to run the hotfix? I restored OTA and ran the hotfix after selecting Update Kindle from the settings menu I'm running: 5.16.20.2 and a KT6 Last edited by maddhater; 03-23-2025 at 11:34 AM. |

Repeated sqush jb means you have an old hotfix. Go grab the latest one from NiLuJe’s Snapshots (you are still on non-hf FW, so all good)

I grabbed the `K5 JailBreak Hotfix` from here but receive the error (screenshot) when I disconnect the K6 from my computer.
