Read Status (i.e. Finished)

I am switching back to KOReader because I recently discovered/got the sync progress function working. My question is: is there a way to mark books as read from Calibre?

In Nickel on the Kobo, I can use KoboUtilities to update the metadata to match my "completed" books in Calibre. Is there any such function, plugin, or option to do this for KOReader? I've almost 1200 read books, so doing it by hand is out of the question haha

ETA: I did find the KOReader Sync plugin but I can't figure it out.

ETA2: If I did have to do it by hand, how would I sync it to my other 3 devices running koreader?

Just an update, I searched high and low and couldn't find any convenient way to do this, so I did end up doing it by hand.

In case anybody else needs to know: to answer my own question about syncing to other devices, I used the same file structure on each device via calibre and used FreeFileSync to mirror
Code:
*/metadata.epub.lua
from the primary device to the other two. If you have pdfs, their info will be stored under metadata.pdf.lua and so on (thanks to jonnyl2 on GitHub for verifying where the "completed" information is stored!)

It worked like a charm between my two Kobos, and I assume it will work for my Boox when I receive it as well.
