Why in heaven's name is it impossible to edit an entry in the list of email recipients? Make a typo - delete and start over. Need to add another format - delete and start over.

No, why would I think to do that? They look like text fields. Usually clicking in a text field put the cursor in for editing. That's the way it works in the calibre book list. So why different and non-intuitive here?
