Nice catch. I disabled the buttons but forgot to disable double clicking. I'll fix it.

The error is a regression caused by last release. It's fixed.

P.S.: You can't edit the annual goal. Although the edit window was being activated by a double click, before version 1.8.2.

Only if you change your auto add settings. When the settings change, your library is scanned for books matching the new settings.

Would it be possible to allow the Edit Reading Goal window to keep it's column and window sizes? I do not like the default size. So if I adjust so I can see what I want, I have no way of keeping it set that way. After I adjust the window/columns the apply button stays inactive. Thanks.

Here is the default and (IMHO) it is not really useful.

The "Apply" button is for changes in the database. If you resize the windows or columns width, it should remember theirs sizes after closing, even without pressing apply.

Are you sure it doesn't remeber them? It works for me on Windos 11. Also others reported that it works too.

I'm on Windows 11 and it's not keeping the size. Every time I size the window and columns and close it. It's back to the default of too small.

I'm running calibre 7.24.101. It's the preview release. Can you please try resizing the window/columns with the preview release? Thanks.

I see it rememembering my column widths, Not window size or column order. 7.24.101.
