I've added a link to a working bulk download script to the first post. I've used it at Amazon UK to download 1390 of my 1403 books at Amazon. It reported failures for three, and I don't know what happened to the other 10. But I'm pretty sure I downloaded them all at the time I bought them, so this was just a "because I can" belts-and-braces download.
