I would not work because I did not change anything yet, just added some errors catchings. Need to figure out where the bug is happening. Were there some different error messages?
Also your debug log seem strange, because it does not show any messages from the plugin. Was it saved after running some plugin commands?

Yes, of course, I try to run the plugin. All commands give me a window "unknown error"

Try the new version then. It's now supposed to work with devices without sd-card. I somehow forgot that not everyone have them...

Hi, i am very excited about your plugin because i have been looking for a while for a way to do exactly the same thing. Unfortunately, the plugin is saying the same "unknown error" as reuerendo.

I tried to run calibre in debug mode but i can't understand the error. Do you think you could understand this and make it work in my setup?

I am using Linux Mint with calibre in both standard version and flatpak one, the plugin doesn't work in neither of those. My ebook reader is the same Pocketbook Inkpad 4.

I successfully imported all the shelves and could try to attribute a shelf from the computer and send it to the ebook reader! This plugin is exactly what I was looking for, especially to find all the books who don't have any shelf, which is impossible from the reader.

You said "test version", but is it safe to use it anyways? Seriously, i was beginning to get pissed off with the reader interface to attribute shelves and this is a game changer to me, thank you very very much!

It's safe, but I had to turn off some functional that caused error. It has something to do with pdf data handling.
Can you send me the log anyway? I would like to be able to fix it.

I have a lot of outdated genre entries: they no longer exist in the column I've designated for PBC but they still appear in the listings. I've tried changing columns and removing/reinstalling PBC; all without joy.

How can I get rid of those old entries?
