Libra Colour Suddenly having bluetooth connection and enable/disable issues

Hello,

I'm having some bluetooth issue that seem to have popped randomly. Meaning, I haven't installed any updates or mods to trigger this change in behavior. It's a KLC running 4.41.23145 with side load mode enabled.

So my normal flow is:

Toggle bluetooth on from the reading menu (nickel menu)
Turn on my 8bitdo micro controller
Controller connects

Historically, when I'm done reading, I sleep the kobo and after a little bit of time the controller goes to sleep and bluetooth on the Kobo is turned off. I do this most every night.

But suddenly bluetooth is not turning off after I sleep the Kobo. It's leading to short battery life on both the Kobo and the controller. It will stay connected while the Kobo sleeps until I manually turn it off.

Additionally, sometimes I have to go into the actual bluetooth menu to enable bluetooth on the Kobo (versus using NickelMenu), but after I toggle the switch on, bluetooth doesn't actually turn on and scan. I can confirm this by navigating one step back in the menu and then back in to bluetooth and it will show that it's off.

I've restarted the Kobo. I'm not really sure what else to try or what could be causing this.

In case anyone has the same issue and see this:

It seems if you enabled Bluetooth and then turn off wifi, it will force a persistent bluetooth connection. I turned wifi back on and bluetooth seems to be working.

If someone smarter than myself can explain in more detail, that would be awesome.
