Google has updated Google Translate and added over 100 new languages. I would like to ask the developers of this wonderful plugin to update it to support the new Google Translate languages. I am a Brazilian Portuguese speaker.

Hey mate, thanks for the update! I should note that I *think* that the Cloud API still doesn't support portuguese language variations:



Never understood why, given that other products like Google Translate do provide portuguese variations.
Maybe that will change now, as we may gather from this answer linked in the blog post you mentioned:

Over the next few days, you will see new languages available on translate.google.com and the Google Translate Apps.

I leave the mo and po files completing the Spanish translation of the plugin.

I use FFF download the book in EPUB format. And I fixed some spell errors in the file.

But when I sent epub to translate. The plugin use old(spell errors) version. Not my fixed Version.
Is it possible let plugin used the fixed epub?

You're doing too many requests to whatever translation engine is being called.

Hi, Thank you for developing such a useful plugin! However, I’ve encountered an issue with Ebook Translator when translating my books. After the translation process, the original CSS classes and styles in the book are altered. For example, custom <span> tags with class names are either replaced or overwritten with inline styles. This causes the book's formatting, such as italics or specific designs, to break.

Is it possible to add an option to preserve the original HTML structure and CSS classes during the translation process? It would be helpful if the plugin could translate only the text without modifying any of the existing tags, classes, or inline styles.

Thanks a lot for this plugin. There are so many books that will never be translated.
Please, if possible, consider adding an engine for ollama so that it can work without internet.

Why isn't ebook title metadata being translated? Since version 2.3.5, it no longer automatically translates ebook titles.
