New FCC filing - who can interprete?

So who can take guesses at what this might be? It's exciting, whatever it is.

Geez. I *think* based on the wording throughout the filing it's for a DIGITAL BADGE; not an eReader.

That's a bummer. Never heard of a digital badge. Google says they're web based.

Looking at the list of Netronix filings, I would suspect that the NOI-H40D11 could be a cousin to the NOI-H3750B.

As far I recall, all the Netronix Kobo device listings are listed as NOIKBNxyza where Nxyxa was the Kobo model designation (N705 or N204B for instance).
