Hi,

My KOBO CLARA HD is bricked after an update and there is no way to start it.

I would like to receive an image of the SD card to allow resurrecting the KOBO.

Hello, I have a relative's Kobo Clara HD N249 that has been left with the restore screen, I have removed the SD card and it appears damaged. I bought another card and I put a Kobo Clara HD .tgz file but it doesn't do anything no matter how long I press the button. Can you send me the image that is not in .tgz, I have read that two hidden partitions must be created. Thanks for the help.

I have a Kobo N418 Libra 2 which appears to have bricked itself. I would like to have an image of the SD card so that I can try to restore it by using a different SD card.

If you have some simple instructions for how to best put the image on the new SD card, then I'll happily take those as well.

You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.

Hi,

I have a Kobo N418 Libra 2 which is currently completely bricked. I'm not sure which hw version I have but the content of the version file is:

Hopefully I can get it to work again using an image and a new sd card.

My Kobo Clara HD won't power on after installing Xsoar. Putting the SD card into my computer gives me an E: and a D: "secure storage" that can't be opened...I think I have to flash the firmware again.
