Anyone notice that Vivaldi is still sort of Dalek shaped?

Right now, I'm sitting here wondering if I have any patients scheduled, since the transition between the old system and the new EMR is, how to put this... )(&(*&^$#^^*&!!!!!!!!

Ok... I already knew "hundreds and thousands" from reading Mistress Masham's Repose, "punnet" I could more or less guess, doesn't matter that I've never heard of Elton Mess because I get that it's a dessert, but you've completely lost me with the brandy balloons.

a friend of mine just sent me an animation of a dancer spinning. apparently, if you see her turning clockwise you are using your right brain, and if you see her turning counterclockwise you are using your left brain. at first i saw her turning clockwise (right brain). then by concentrating i managed to shift back and forth between the two directions. it made my head hurt a little bit.

it's a really odd sensation.

I believe this continuous loop has been edited to change the direction of the dancer because she switches direction about every 10 seconds for me.

i think that just means you're switching between the two sides of your brain more or less at regular intervals,

because there's no specific time span for me.
