My kobo clara hd works like a charm! Thank you so much for the image.

Sidenote, we tried using the old SD card by formatting it but it was completely corrupt. Ended up buying a new SD card today and the image worked immediately.

Great to hear that your Clara HD is back among the living.

And yeah, my recommendation is to use a new µSD card since all too often the issue is with the old µSD card. For the cost of a new µSD card, it's worth just trying the new card first.

You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.

Once PMs are enabled, please re-post in this thread to let me know.
