Troubleshooting Can’t open book with PW11

The book is bought from Amazon. I connected with USB cable and deleted the book, but no change. Nothing happens when I try to open the book?

I can read it with Cloud Reader and Kindle for Mac. I think I have to completely delete it from PW11 before downloading it again. But I don't know how? Also I have read this book on an older Kindle I owned.
