yes, ziplock makes some wonderful products, they are cheap, re-useable again and again, and when they wear out, there is always another one.

Those type of things are not really water proof. Honestly its not worth potentially ruining a $400 dollar device over tub reading, bc even with a ziploc accidents happen especially when soap is involved. My suggestion is get paper backs for tub leisure reading

I did go the ziplock bag for tub reading, but stopped because, hey. I'm not that stupid, I have never droped the thing ever, so if It happens in the tub, it would be just as bad as if I dropped it in the street.

I'm going to the beach this coming weekend, and I already laid in a brand new box of gallon sized ziploc bags in The Love Shack.

It will be The Love Shack's first trip to the beach.

for the beach I would defentatly ziplock everything from my camera to my cell phone, that sand gets everywhere. I wish my GF didn't work this past weekend, in NYC we got 90 yesturday and 85 the day before. average is low 60s this time of year. I would have loved to make it out to the beach or a park

There is a waterproof casing sold at Trendy Digital that is comparable to a ziplock bag. I have not tried it but looks good as it has a string to sling around your neck. You can read it more at this thread: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?p=425761
