Is that number to complain about issues with Data or to ask him to help with problems?

Isn't true that based on what we've seen turning Data off and then on doesn't reboot him, he just picks up from where he left off?

Perhaps if one replaces his memory engrams, that would have the desired effect?

I wonder how many epubs would fit in Data's internal storage?

Are we including images in these epubs?

Wouldn't it be reasonable to assume that Data would be able to store a massive number of epubs considering the amount of video footage he would store each day? Is it possible that Data doesn't actually store much of that information on his person, but instead has a backup system that stores the information that he doesn't need immediate access to?

Does Data have on-board short term memory and a massive off-board long term memory?

Would the division of Data's memories be more like what is he likely to need and stored within himself, with the rest of his memories stored outside of himself but can be accessed via streaming? As an example, wouldn't it be likely that a memory of the song "Disco Duck" would be stored outside of himself?

Why would anyone want to store "Disco Duck" instead of deleting any extant copies?

Could it be that Data was studying humans and part of his studies involved the very worst of humanity so he can avoid it?
