Adding new books from name file or from content?

Hi,
Does anyone know if it is possible to add books using "Read metadata from file name" by also having it read the covers and comments (which it only reads if you use "Read metadata from file content")? If I wasn't clear enough I can add explanatory images.

If you must...
Add by file name
The for the chosen
Open the MDE,select the format on the right, then click the Icon with the pencil,
That sets Calibre from what was in the book.
This task can be done in bulk MDE mode ticking the appropriate box

Sorry, but I use Calibre in another language and I have some difficulty interpreting the indications, what is MDE?

As far as I recall, it isn't. I wondered that too, in the past.

For covers, another way to do what theducks explained is:

- select multiple books
- open "bulk" MDE
- check the radio option "Set from e-book files"

For retrieving comments, reading metadata from files is required.

Thank you both for your kindness, but I can't solve my problem. I have several files to insert like this: "Musa Kizito O. - 2023 - Integrating geoelectrical and borehole data - Musa Kizito O..pdf".
In figure 'A', at #1 is the inserted file with "Read metadata from file name",
at #2 is the inserted file with "Read metadata from file contents".
In fig. 'B' is the configuration for "Read metadata from file name".
In fig. 'C' There is how I would like to acquire the files (with cover and comments), is it possible? If yes, how?
