Transliteration when sending by e-mail(+)

For the latest version of Calibre I am observing the following problem while sending non English books to e-mail (to Kindle device): the book title is transliterated to English on the receiving device.
At first glance it's a Calibre's problem: if I send the same book (after saving to disk) manually the book title is not transliterated. Also I have not seen such problem previously (at least in 10 years of infrequent usage).
I do not observe any new transliteration-related options.
Any ideas? Is it just new bug to report? Thanks.

It's an amazon issue, as always. Amazon's email service recently started stupidly reading titles from filenames instead of book metadata, while also randomnly failing for non-english filenames.

But there is no transliteration if the file is sent manually. What is the difference?

Is it possible to use not transliterated file name while sending by e-mail as for saving to disk?

There is no difference. Delivery of emails to kindles with non-ascii filenames is not reliable, hence calibre does not do it.
