I would speculate that ownedbycats is correct, maybe you have custom CSS that references <body class="fff_chapter"> while title page uses <body class="fff_titlepage">.

Did you set the output format to 'txt'? Change it back to epub.

I have tried to disable all my plugins to see if anything was interfering with FFF, and I have reset my personal.ini to default, the text in the titlepage still goes over the screen margin (as I expected because I've had this issue since the very first moment, before I started editing the personal.ini).

I can't find anything about wrapping the text either, and I really don't know much (or anything at all) about CSS, so I wouldn't know where to start there. Is there anything else I can check?

You could check the stylesheet.css on one of the books with margin issues and see if there's something off (right click book -> Edit Book). Or maybe Calibre preferences -> Common Options -> Page setup?

I don't think you mentioned your ereader type--if Kindle, you also need to convert the updated epub to azw3 before sending (or enable FFF's 'Automatically Convert New/Updated Downloads' checkbox before updating).

Or possibly delete it from the ereader and then resend it. I returned a Kobo reader several years ago because it didn't recognize updated files well.

Again, I'd have to see your epub to tell you anything specific about the CSS. And/or the format sent to the ereader.

If you have an integer custom column and on FFF's Custom Columns config tab, set it to be updated with Word Count, it will be changed on each update.

I have the word count column. What I'm after is a column that displays the difference between current word count and previous word count. For example, the previous word count was 50000 and new word count is 57500 the column would display 7500.

You have to use personal.ini to get that. Copied from my personal.ini:

It isn't, that's the problem.

Calibre's image routines call PyQt's image routines and when an image larger than the default buffer size occurs it was getting back to FFF as image size 0x0, which doesn't work.

It's actually #997 not 977 as I put in the log.
