				How to Update Amazon Books

			Hello:

This is a subject I've often wondered about but never (to my knowledge) seen a definitive answer to. When I get notification of a book update and I download the update, the only way I know to insert it into my library is to delete the old version and then go through all the steps required to enter a new book. Is there an easier way to do this? Thanks in advance. |

Thanks for getting back to me. It worked a treat - I've never even noticed that section of the Edit Box! |

And… you can replace a format file by dragging the replacement into the Book details panel, or via the Add books->Add files to selected book records action, or via the Add books->Add files to selected book records from clipboard action.

I use the latter, avoids dialogue boxes and using the mouse. Ctrl+C to copy, Alt-Tab into calibre, Alt+Shift+V (for me) to paste into the book list line. BR |
