Editing default blank HTML file

Greetings,
I checked Sigil_User_Guide_2022.05.17.epub for this information but couldn't find it.

I want to change the default "add blank HTML file" with one which has been edited to include the the CSS path and <p> </p>, etc.

How can this be done?

These are new features and are available in the working version of the User's Guide (scroll to bottom file).

Shortcut:
Put your files in the user settings folder (you can easily go there by clicking the "Open Preferences Location" button in the lower left corner of the Preferences window).

For EPUB2: user-template2.xhtml file (+ optionally user-template2.css with styles).
For EPUB3: user-template3.xhtml file (+ optionally user-template3.css with styles).

Or just select in one go all of your xhtml files in Sigil's BookBrowser and assign a css file to all of them at once.
