Hi, I think the SD card of my Kobo Glo HD got corrupted or is dead.
Searching the internet I found this nice forum.
I would like to try with a new SD Card, but I need the image file.

Can someone please send me the recovery image for the Glo HD?

While you have private message enabled, you will need to allow non-admins to send you messages.

User Control Panel => Settings & Options => Edit Options => Messaging & Notifications => Private Messaging, remove the checkmark from Receive Private Messages only from Contacts and Moderators

My Kobo glo hd shows some issues such as switch off with a corrupted image instead of going to sleep
Someone told me to change the SD card.
Can someone give me a link to a working SD image ?

My Glo HD doesn't charge or connect any longer, tried to replace the battery but only charging super slowing with a battery pack now and still no connection to the pc. Sd replacing would be my last hope

You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.

Once PMs are enabled, please re-post here to let me know.
